We provide a platform for the dissemination of research and knowledge in science, engineering, and industrial technologies. By registering for or attending our events, you ("you," "attendee," "speaker," or "participant") agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
1. Services We Provide:
- Conference and Webinar Organization: We organize and facilitate scientific conferences and webinars, featuring distinguished speakers and researchers from around the world.
- Knowledge Dissemination: We provide a platform for the presentation of research, including published and unpublished work, to enhance knowledge in science, engineering, and industrial technologies.
- Networking Opportunities: We facilitate networking opportunities for researchers, scientists, and professionals through various event formats, including speaker sessions, keynote sessions, student sessions, poster sessions, young researcher sessions, workshops, and panel discussions.
2. Event Participation:
- Registration: Registration for our events requires providing accurate and complete information.
- Payment: Payment for event registration or other services is required as specified during the registration process.
- Attendance: Attendance at our events is subject to the event schedule and any specific guidelines provided.
- Presentation Materials: Participants presenting at our events are responsible for the content and accuracy of their presentation materials.
- Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during our events. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct.
3. Intellectual Property:
- Presentation Content: Participants retain ownership of their presentation content. By presenting at our events, participants grant us a non-exclusive license to use their presentation materials for promotional and archival purposes.
- Our Materials: All materials provided by us, including event materials and website content, are protected by intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your participation in our events, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided at our events.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from third party services used during our events like hotel or travel.
5. Payment Processing:
- We use Stripe/Paypal as our payment processor. By making a purchase through our services, you agree to these payment gateways terms of service.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe/Paypal.
- Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified during the registration process.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Our cancellation and refund policies will be specified during the registration process for each event.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- The Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
- Before two months will receive a full refund, less a €100 towards the administrative fee. Cancellations received after the closing of business (before one month of the conference start date) are non-refundable.
- The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
- In this case, if the applicant is the author, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings and delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notification.
Terms and Conditions:
- The organizer reserves the right to make last-minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In that case, payments made towards registration will be refunded. The organizer will have no further liability to the client. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notification.
- Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
- The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
